PCVivo assisted one of the UKs largest Highstreet grocery retailers in transitioning their managed service providers for their retail IT estate. This included transition of their EPOS and PED management functions from 2 separate providers, into a new single entity.

• This also incorporated the transition of in excess of 15000 units of spares stock between providers.

• Reviewing current P2PE requirements for PED handling and ensuring both the client and new provider were compliant.

• Establishing engineer control procedures and documentation management for effective future handling and revisions.

• establishing revised stock control methods to retain certain circulating stock, for future project revisions.

• Introducing revised reporting techniques and web applications to streamline and efficiently manage MSP functions.
